Kate Milani, MSEd, PMP
Milani Consulting, LLC
Kate is an experienced Project Manager and Instructional Designer who specializes in helping people and organizations get things done. She has more than 15 years of experience in IT Project Management combined with over 10 years as a consultant and trainer in the project management field.

In addition to being a Senior IT Project Manager for the Liberty Mutual Group, Kate served as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer for Department of Labor and Department of Justice funded programs. She is eager to share her practical insights to help others improve their ability to lead and deliver.

Kate’s credentials include a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, an MS in Education from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, a Master’s Certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University, and a PMP from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Kate recently served as the VP-Programs for her local PMI Chapter and is currently serving as the VP-Communications.
Susan Reetz, MA
Sue is an award-winning media producer and writer. With over 25 years of experience, her work has been recognized by national and international organizations and festivals.
She has led collaborative teams to create documentary films, online training courses, microlearning, magazines, workshops, books and more. Sue has also taught at university and understands the need for clear course objectives and measured outcomes. A successful project requires active collaboration with clients and stakeholders, so a plan on regular interaction between the production team and client team is arranged early in the project.

Sue's credentials include a BA and MA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. She participates regularly in continuing education courses and seminars.
Nila Vaishnav, BA, BS, PMP
Vaish-Consulting, LLC
Nila is a talented IT Professional, an experienced Project Manager, and a teacher. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge while also having a thirst for gaining new knowledge.

While working for diverse industries for more than 20 years, Nila has developed subject matter expertise in specific areas of IT and Project Management. She also taught IT courses at Wisconsin Technical colleges. This expertise combined with her teaching experience positions her well for speaking and coaching. She is excited to share her real-life experience with a firm belief that it will add value to the community she will serve.
Nila’s credentials include a BA in Economics and Psychology from St. Xavier’s college in India, a BS in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin and a PMP certificate from the Project Management Institute. Nila is currently serving as the Director of Speakers and Programs for the PMI-NEW Chapter.
